Ipswich Horticultural Society Garden Club Inc. is a small friendly club holding monthly meetings featuring a guest speaker and a plant and flower show judged by a Horticultural Judge. Our motto is: ‘Friendship Through Flowers’.
Market Day/Autumn Show Day
Saturday 3rd May (yes the same day as the federal election polling day) is our Market Day/Autumn Show Day to be held from 7.30am at Ipswich North Anglican Hall and grounds, 17 Lawrence Street, North Ipswich – behind Market Organics.
There will be stalls selling plants, bakery products, bric-a-brac and a huge raffle which will be drawn at the conclusion of the show (at around midday). Also come and check out the exhibits in the hall and maybe even chat to a member about joining the club. A downloadable brochure with further information can be obtained by clicking here.
Also, feel free to enter our photo competition running in conjunction with the show. The competition is free to enter and open to anybody. Subjects are Autumn Leaves and Fruit (of any kind). Closing date for submissions is 26th April 2025. No submissions can be accepted on the day of the show. Please click here for an entry form with further details and competion rules.
NB: Due to the Market/Autmum Show Day there will be no meeting in May.
